청심연자탕가미방으로 호전된 진전 환자 치험

Seven Cases Report of Tremors Treated with Chengsimyeonjatang-gamibang

ABSTRACT Objective : To report the effects of Chengsimyeonjatang-gamibang on tremors. 

Methods : Seven patients with tremors who visited the Department of Internal Medicine of Sangji Oriental Medical Center were diagnosed as Taeumin by consultation with the Dept. of Sasang Constitutional Medicine. Thus, an oriental medical therapy of Chengsimyeonjatang-gamibang, acupuncture, and moxibustion was carried out. We evaluated symptom progress of seven patients by using several questionnaires such as Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS ), a Ⅲ Ⅲ nd Schwab & England activity of daily living (S&E ADL). 

Results : The scores of UPDRS were significantly improved after treat Ⅲ ment (p<0.05). The scores of ADL were significantly improved after treatment (p<0.05). 

Conclusion : This study suggests that Chengsimyeonjatang-gamibang is probably effective in the treatment of tremors. Key words : Tremor, Chengsimyeonjatang, Sasang Constitution

본 임상증례는 충분한 개체수를 확보한 임상시 험이 아니고 대상환자가 명 뿐인 임상증례이므로 , 7 일반화하기에는 어렵다 그러나 본 증례를 근거로 . 추가적인 임상증례를 확보하여 임상시험 등의 체 계적인 연구를 해볼 수 있을 것이라고 생각된다. 더불어 청심연자탕은 태음인에게만 적용되는 진전 처방이므로 소양인 소음인 등 다른 체질에 적용할 , 수 있는 처방에 대한 연구가 이뤄져야 할 것이다. Ⅴ. 결 론 2006 6 29 2008 8 9 년 월 일부터 년 월 일까지 진전을 주소로 상지대학교 부속 한방병원 내과에서 치료 를 받은 환자 명을 태음인으로 체질 감별하여 청 7 심연자탕 및 청심연자탕가미방을 투여하고 치료 , 전후의 상태를 을 이용하여 UPDRS , S&E ADL Ⅲ 평가한 결과 진전에 유의한 효과가 있었으며 병력 , 기간이 짧은 환자일수록 치료효과가 좋았기에 본 증례들을 보고하는 바이다
